About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Director of Channels & Alliances to join our team at Zerog - Ai In Aviation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and managing our partner ecosystem, driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of partner managers, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with global and regional partners, including digital agencies, systems integrators, and technology platform providers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive joint go-to-market initiatives, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Establish and refine processes to optimize partner engagement and ensure consistent success.
  • Act as a senior stakeholder in internal and customer-facing engagements, providing a clear escalation path for critical issues.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to ensure seamless integration of partner strategies into broader sales goals.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and professional development for partner managers and the broader sales team.
  • Conduct weekly forecasts and manage sales development goals, ensuring the team meets or exceeds metrics and quota targets.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of management experience leading a channel partner team, with a strong background in enterprise or mid-market software sales.
  • 3-5 years of direct experience managing partnerships with digital agencies, systems integrators, and strategic technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow, coach, and scale diverse, high-performing partner teams in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong analytical mindset, utilizing data to identify trends, drive performance, and optimize partner strategies.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and action at all levels of the organization.
  • Executive presence, with prior experience engaging with executive-level customers and partners.
  • Availability to travel up to 33% of the time to support partner and team initiatives across the globe.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and other common office productivity tools.
