Director of Internal Communications

**About the Role**

Berry Global is seeking a highly skilled Director of Internal Communications to join our team. As a key member of our corporate communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global internal communication strategy that connects, informs, and inspires our employees around the world.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and deploy a global internal communication strategy that supports the organization's global strategic priorities and programs.
* Write, edit, and deliver impactful communications through newsletters, emails, intranet updates, and more.
* Manage and enhance the company's intranet on platforms like SharePoint and internal TV screens, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functional effectiveness.
* Oversee global social media channels, coordinating the publication of communications to foster employee engagement and alignment with corporate messaging.
* Create presentations and corporate materials aligned with Berry branding to effectively convey key information, narrate engaging corporate stories, and strengthen our brand identity.

**Requirements**

* BS / BA with Masters preferred.
* 8+ years of progressive communications experience.
* Exceptional writing skills with a focus on effective storytelling and presentation.
* Proven experience managing and updating company intranets.
* Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of prioritizing multiple complex projects.
* Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills.
