Job Title: Technical Content Developer, AutoCAD

At Autodesk, we're looking for a skilled Technical Content Developer to join our team. As a Technical Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality content for AutoCAD, our flagship product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement content strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Create and edit technical content, including user guides, tutorials, and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Develop and maintain content management systems and processes
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in content development or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing or product development role with AutoCAD
  • Strong understanding of content management, content design, and technical writing
  • Experience designing omni-channel audience-centric content plans and implementing them
  • Solid project management experience managing projects involving several teams
