About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Content Developer to join our team at Autodesk. As a Technical Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality content for AutoCAD, ensuring that it is accurate, engaging, and meets the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a catalog of product support content for AutoCAD, including user guides, tutorials, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Write and edit content to ensure it is clear, concise, and free of errors.
  • Work with designers and developers to create visually appealing and effective content.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content development.
  • Develop and maintain content workflows and processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in content development, preferably in a technical field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with content management systems and authoring tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
