Job Title: Technical Content Developer, AutoCAD

Join Autodesk's Content Strategy & Experience team in Customer Technical Success (CTS) and contribute to delivering high-quality product expertise to customers through impactful content experiences.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Content Developer, AutoCAD to manage a catalog of product support content for AutoCAD. As a key member of our team, you will oversee AutoCAD content development for customers and partners, designing integrated omni-channel audience-centric content plans, accomplishing tasks to improve content, and collaborating across teams to enhance support content experiences that drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with teams to identify needs using analytics, customer feedback, and business objectives, and determine product support help and learn audience-centric omni-channel content plans for AutoCAD across the post-purchase journey.
  2. Create, edit, and direct new content creation and improvements to increase consumption and findability of AutoCAD support content through digital channels.
  3. Review existing AutoCAD content to identify gaps and requirements for further development.
  4. Ensure the right AutoCAD content is available to all users at the right time, by getting ahead of customers' demand, de-duplication of efforts, and content reuse.
  5. Design and implement programs to match customer needs with appropriate content formats and distribution channels, ensuring positive, meaningful interactions with our products and services.
  6. Manage new products content integrations and products rebrand.
  7. Monitor technical content development initiatives, learn, and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing content effectiveness.
  8. Guide and train CTS staff on best practices for content creation and improvements, aiming for efficiency and quality.
  9. Represent CTS at industry events internally and externally.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years relevant work experience, especially in Content Management or Content Development.
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing or product development role with AutoCAD.
