Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Asset Manager to join our team at Hunter Philips Executive Search. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial assets, particularly in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial relationships with institutional agencies
  • Procure, obtain, and maintain relevant insurances
  • Responsible for Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
  • Liaise with technical engineers to ensure optimal operation and maintenance of assets
  • Monitor and comment on monthly/quarterly unaudited management reports
  • Manage project cash flows and approve expenses
  • Maintain and clean up master data to ensure a consistent overview of all relevant contracts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in asset management, including stakeholder management
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing contractors
  • Experience in budget management and reporting
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
