We are seeking a highly skilled Licensing and Sales Manager to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our Management & Projects department, you will play a crucial role in driving the commercial success of our Finished Dosage Form (FDF) licensing and sales activities.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve short- and long-term account goals
- Negotiate and manage licenses, contracts, and agreements with clients
- Manage and optimize customer relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and sustainability
- Prepare commercial offers and proposals for prospective customers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on pricing, regulatory, and quality aspects
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (pharmaceutical, business, or related field)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, licensing, and sales in the FDF generic pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of successful management of business development, licensing, and sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
