About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensing and Sales Manager to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our Management & Projects department, you will play a crucial role in driving the commercial success of our Finished Dosage Form (FDF) licensing and sales activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve short- and long-term account goals
  • Negotiate and manage licenses, contracts, and agreements with clients
  • Manage and optimize customer relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and sustainability
  • Prepare commercial offers and proposals for prospective customers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on pricing, regulatory, and quality aspects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (pharmaceutical, business, or related field)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, licensing, and sales in the FDF generic pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of successful management of business development, licensing, and sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
