Sales Cluster Manager

Teleperformance, a global leader in customer experience management, is seeking a Sales Cluster Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and strategy across multiple clusters.
Main Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
Analyze and present performance and forecast figures to stakeholders. Design and implement sales strategies, hiring, and expansion plans. Engage and manage various stakeholders, and work with HOB to improve operational efficiency. Monitor team performance and development.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Manager, with 1 year of seniority in a similar project. Last 2 quarters' overall performance over 100%. University degree. Excellent English skills. Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
