Salary: The attractive remuneration package is based on experience and performance, with a competitive pay scale estimated at around €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, plus a monthly work-from-home allowance of 60 EUR.

Job Description: As a German-Speaking Customer Care Specialist, you will provide timely technical and product assistance to customers via voice, chat, and email. Your key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer experiences, accurately recording interactions in a CRM system, and actively participating in team initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have proficient German (C1 level or higher) and English (B2 or higher), both written and verbal. Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or help desk roles is essential. You must also be able to pass a background verification process and possess strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
