About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide expert support
Requirements
  • Proficient or bilingual level of Spanish and Portuguese, and advanced level of English
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications
