Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Front Desk Manager to join our team at Royal Hideaway Corales Villas. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. You should have a strong understanding of hotel operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk team to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, room assignments, and incident reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide informed guidance to guests
Requirements
  • Degree in Hospitality or a related field (Grado en Turismo, Máster en Marketing o similar)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, room assignments, and guest services
