Customer Service Representative with German and English Fluency

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with fluent German and English language skills to handle customer queries over the telephone, email, chat, and social media. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving, a strong teamwork ethic, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skilled and professional manner.
- Analyse customer problems and offer individual solutions.
- Offer an omnichannel service to our consumers via telephone, email, chat, and social media.
- Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client.
- Fluent level of German with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
- High level of English (both written and spoken).
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Start date: ASAP.
- Contract: Temporary, 3 months contract (1-month probation period).
- Full time: 39 hours/week.
- Working days/Hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
- Salary: €18000 gross per year.
- Bonus: €400 gross by reaching 3 months without sanctions.
- Incentives: Top performance incentives.
- Holidays: 2 accrued days per month / 24 calendar holidays per year.
- Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu.
- Hybrid model: 4 days per month at the office, the rest working from home.
- Training: 2 weeks of full-time training based in the office.
- Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera).
