Customer Service Representative with Spanish and English Fluency

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide high-quality customer support across various channels (inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails)
* Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and systems
* Make outbound calls to potential patients, offering free visits in designated countries
* Handle customer issues and escalations, making real-time decisions in a dynamic environment
* Identify trends, weaknesses, and solutions to enhance the customer journey and train team members
**Requirements:**
* Fluency in Spanish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
* High level of English (both written and spoken)
* Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
* Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
* Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
* Professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving
**Benefits:**
