Customer Service Representative with Spanish and English Fluency

Our ClientOur Internal Customer Service team is dedicated to building strong relationships with our clients. We prioritize account management, promptly addressing customer inquiries, and effectively resolving issues to ensure exceptional satisfaction. By providing timely support, troubleshooting technical problems, and offering expert guidance, we aim to exceed client expectations and maintain a high level of service quality.
What We DoWe are passionate about customer support and strive to achieve and exceed targets for a high-quality level of consumer service. We are proactive in problem-solving and have a 'can do' attitude. We work together as a team to achieve personal and team targets/SLA while working on personnel targets.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standard of calls, follow-ups, and communication across all channels (inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails).
- Multitasking: Efficiently handle multiple tasks and systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Booking Conversions: Make outbound calls to potential patients, offering Free Visits in designated countries.
- Decision Making: Make real-time decisions in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
- Escalation Management: Handle customer issues and escalations.
- Lead Generation: Prospect for and respond to incoming leads to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends, weaknesses, and solutions to enhance the customer journey and train team members.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and energetic team atmosphere.
We are looking for a candidate with a fluent level of Spanish and exceptional grammar and spelling skills. A high level of English (both written and spoken) is also required. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service is essential. The ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy and strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail are also necessary. A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving are required.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment. The start date is 11th November 2024, and the contract is temporary until 10th February 2025. The working hours are 39 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
