About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our Inside Sales team in Madrid. As a key member of our EMEA Ruckus Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a dynamic inside sales team of 10+ members, focusing on substantial revenue generation and outstanding performance.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment, onboarding, and talent development strategies to drive team success.
  • Collaborate with RUCKUS Inside Sales Account Managers to identify business goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Modify and improve processes based on concrete evidence to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a mentor and coach, adapting techniques to optimize results and ensure a flexible approach to success.
Requirements
  • A completed bachelor's degree with significant and validated experience in building and maintaining outstanding inside sales or other high-performance teams.
  • Proven success in using CRMs to drive sales and efficiency.
  • B2B outward-bound sales environment experience.
  • Demonstrable evidence of sourcing, hiring, and onboarding new talent with shown success in achieving results and exceeding them.
  • Strong background in building relationships with account management and other sales teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, with a consistent track record of interpreting and presenting sophisticated concepts.
  • Consistent record in the use of Microsoft Office, to deliver professional-client communications.
