We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team at CommScope. As a key member of our EMEA Ruckus Team, you will play a critical role in driving profitable growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase funnel volumes and deliver revenue streams through direct engagement with End Users and proactive management of the nominated Partner base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Utilize CRM solutions to manage sales activities, track progress, and analyze results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Specialists, Professional Services, and Field Sales, to achieve sales objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • High level of English and almost native level of German.
  • Knowledge of the IT sector and understanding of the sales cycle.
  • Proven track record of coaching, influencing, and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM solutions, such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong business relationships.
  • High energy, commitment, and dedication to exceeding company goals.
