We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team at CommScope. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth in our line of business accounts through expanding client relationships, developing solutions to existing accounts, and prospecting with non-users of our CommScope Ruckus portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships
  • Prospect and engage with new business opportunities to increase funnel volumes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions to existing accounts and drive sales performance
  • Manage and grow our Tier 2 Partners to increase revenue streams

Requirements:
  • High level of English and almost native level of German (Swiss German will be advantageous)
  • Knowledge of the IT sector and understanding of the sales cycle
  • Professional knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong business relationships
  • High energy, commitment, and dedication to exceeding company goals
