Inside Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team at CommScope. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities and close deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
- High level of English and almost native level of German
- Knowledge of the IT sector and understanding of the sales cycle
- Proven track record of coaching, influencing, and closing deals
- Professional knowledge of CRM solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong business relationships
