Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Italian-speaking Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and dig into prospects' pain points and validate the issues they're facing with your assigned portfolio to achieve sales goals.
  • Understand and address client needs by presenting and demonstrating the value of our products and services.
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective management of opportunities and accurate forecasting.
  • Prospect via phone, email, and in-person meetings, to engage with clients and sustain relationships.
  • Collaborate with our teams and partners to ensure client satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and account management efforts in Salesforce.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • 5+ years of experience with account management or sales roles.
  • 5+ Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of or interest in high-tech industries such as architecture, construction, automotive, or engineering.
