Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Italian-speaking Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and validate client pain points to achieve sales goals.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our products and services to clients.
  • Identify and connect with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective management of opportunities and accurate forecasting.
  • Prospect and sustain relationships with clients through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with our teams and partners to ensure client satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and account management efforts in Salesforce.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales roles.
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.

Salary is one part of our competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location.
