Strategic Enterprise Account Manager

Job Summary
As a Strategic Enterprise Account Manager at Microsoft, you will drive transformation in partnership with one of our strategic customers in Energy & Manufacturing, focusing on AI, Copilot, and Security to achieve both Microsoft and customer business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and oversee the execution of our account plan(s) to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies.
• Proactively develop a strong understanding of the customer's business and industry priorities to drive new business opportunities and growth.
• Lead and orchestrate extended virtual teams across our solution areas to consistently achieve growth in revenue and market share.
• Build and maintain a strong knowledge of customers' industry, associated business strategy, and key industry partners and solutions.
Requirements
• Proven sales experience working in an industry (E&M as preference but not essential) and/or driving/delivering digital transformation.
• Strong experience making recommendations to and/or collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives in the E&M industry (as preference industry but not essential).
• Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Spanish as you will be assigned to the Spanish Customer Market.
