We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Travel Agent to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through booking management, assisting clients via inbound calls, and managing reservations back-office.

As a Travel Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Booking management: altering, cancelling, or creating new reservations
  • Assisting clients via inbound calls in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding reservations and attending potential requests
  • Managing reservations back-office: ticket issuing, modification, and cancellation of reservations
  • Replying to emails and messages from customers worldwide in English and native language
  • Regular involvement with company events, team meetings, and projects
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A native level of English and good communication skills
  • Enthusiasm about travelling and tourism industry
  • Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
  • Being an attentive listener, comfortable, and skilled at communicating with people
  • Being energetic, innovative, and working proactively at a fast pace
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
  • Living in or willing to relocate to Barcelona for an international career and life experience
  • Holding a valid Spanish work permit or EU citizenship

We offer a competitive salary of €35,000 per year, a full-time contract of 39 hours per week, and the opportunity to work in an international environment with a multinational company in Barcelona.
