Office Coordinator

At Exoticca Travel Co, we're seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our People department, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
### Key Responsibilities
* Partner with HR to maintain and update office policies as needed.
* Coordinate with the IT department to ensure all office equipment is functioning properly.
* Manage contracts and negotiate prices with office vendors and service providers.
* Oversee the office G&A budget and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
* Provide general support to visitors and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
* Schedule meetings and appointments, and carry out in-company or off-site activities.
* Manage office supplies and errands, and maintain the office layout and condition.
* Arrange business trip reservations and liaise with facility management vendors.
### Requirements
* Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
