We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting events, preparing offsite meetings, managing visitor access, and streamlining office supplies. Additionally, they will negotiate service contracts, facilitate internal communication, support new hires, handle external contacts, oversee shipments and travel, and maintain office budgets and policies.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience working as an Office Manager, with international exposure being a plus. They will possess ownership and be able to manage end-to-end office processes, build relationships across the business, and improve the way things are done. Great prioritization and attention to detail are essential, as well as great cross-team integration skills with different stakeholders.

The role will be 100% based in Barcelona Office, face-to-face most of the time. The process will involve a 30-minute intro call, a remote interview, a business exercise, and a final meeting with the internal Office manager team.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, guided by our Head of Finance and the rest of the group's Office Managers. They will need to be able to multitask easily and have the patience of a saint to keep the office running at high standards.

The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and experience with Travel perk or similar platforms is a strong plus. Knowledge of Captio, Payhawk, or any other similar software is also a plus. English level is high enough to communicate in an international environment, and fluency in Spanish is required for the daily doing of this role. Knowledge of Polish is a strong plus.
