Job Title: Operations Demand Manager

About Us: Hotelbeds Group is a leading technology partner in the travel industry, connecting and empowering travel companies worldwide.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Demand Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving demand optimization and improving operational efficiency across our global network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of client and supplier operations demand, monitoring and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CR% and contact per case.
  • Build strong relationships with sales, clients, and suppliers to create win-win situations and drive business growth.
  • Define and implement indicators and action plans to optimize call center operational teams, including defining potential TIER structures and demand distribution.
  • Monitor and define strategies and action plans for defects, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing impact on business operations.
  • Design, implement, monitor, and continuously improve predictive models to detect potential bookouts and increases in demand, as well as demand alert systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the travel industry, with a minimum of 1 year leading teams.
  • Degree in Business Administration or Tourism.
  • High-level ownership, analytic skills, and ability to build bridges with commercial functions and partners.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude, and positive trouble-shooter with excellent work ethics.
  • Good MS Office skills, with Tableau experience a plus.
