Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Manager to join our team at Hotelbeds Group. As a Demand Manager, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of client and supplier operations demand, monitoring key performance indicators, and building relationships with sales and sourcing teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client and Supplier Operations Demand: Take full ownership of client and supplier operations demand, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
  2. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CR%, Contact per case, and First time right to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with sales and sourcing teams to create win-win situations and drive business growth.
  4. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize call center operational teams, define indicators and action plans for Defect, and design predictive models to detect potential Bookouts and Increases in demand.
  5. Demand Alert System: Design, implement, and monitor a demand alert system to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in the travel industry, with a minimum of 1 year's experience leading teams.
  2. Education: Degree in Business Administration or Tourism.
  3. Skills: High level of ownership, analytic skills, ability to build bridges with commercial functions and partners, and proactive attitude.
