About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Master Data professional to join our team at Air Products. As a key member of our European Shared Services Center, you will play a critical role in managing customer-related data, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration of all customer-related data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Process customer master data inputs and changes, handling data entry requests and queries.
  • Ensure service quality levels meet expectations, identifying and communicating gaps, queries, and errors.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service, supporting improvement programs and implementing price increase programs.
  • Inform supervisors of issues or opportunities with existing customers, such as upcoming major contract renewals.
  • Act as the primary contact with the country-based account management team, commercial, and query teams.
Requirements
  • Native or advanced proficiency in Polish, fluent in English, with any other language being a plus.
  • Understanding of customer administration matters for different countries.
  • Strong customer focus, PC literate, and MS Office skills.
  • Desire to learn SAP for data handling and reporting.
  • Ability to work alone and within a team, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work to global work procedures.
