We are seeking a highly skilled Payment Specialist to join our team at Babel Profiles. As a Payment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of daily payments with accuracy and efficiency
- Develop a deep understanding of complex financial processes and utilize this knowledge to resolve detailed issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide monthly account reconciliations and maintain up-to-date reports
- Responsible for carrying out KPI and SOX control activities
- Collaborate with the team to provide support as needed
Key Skills and Experience:
- Preferably experience in the area of Finance or Supply Chain
- Excellent communication skills
- Pro-active and hands-on attitude
- Positive attitude and motivation to tackle new challenges
- A team player, organized and detail-oriented
- SAP skills will be highly valued
