Job Title: Legal Officer

At TMF Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Legal Officer to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a Legal Officer, you will play a critical role in providing administrative services to our international clients.

About the Role

As a Legal Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with corporate maintenance, updating and preparing official documents, and supporting the incorporation of companies and/or shelf companies. You will also handle legal-related tasks, establish and maintain files, records, and certificates, and prepare and file forms to comply with legal local authorities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with corporate maintenance, including updating and preparing official documents
  • Support the incorporation of companies and/or shelf companies
  • Handle legal-related tasks, including establishing and maintaining files, records, and certificates
  • Prepare and file forms to comply with legal local authorities
  • Represent the company externally, including notary offices, banks, and local authorities
Requirements
  • Degree in Law
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Consolidated experience in Corporate Law or Commercial Law
  • Advanced or proficient English
  • Excellent written and communication skills in Spanish
  • Proficiency in MS Office package
  • Strong team-playing skills
  • Quick-learning and flexibility towards changing environments
