Join Our Team as a Legal Officer

At TMF Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Officer to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a Legal Officer, you will play a critical role in providing administrative services to our international clients, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with a degree in Law and at least 1 year of experience in a similar position. You will be responsible for corporate maintenance, updating and preparing official documents, and handling legal-related tasks. Your excellent written and communication skills in Spanish, as well as proficiency in MS Office, will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with corporate maintenance, including updating and preparing official documents
  • Handle legal-related tasks, such as preparing and filing forms with local authorities
  • Establish, maintain, process, and update files, records, certificates, and other related documents
  • Represent the company externally, including notary offices, banks, and local authorities

Requirements
  • Degree in Law
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Consolidated experience in Corporate Law or Commercial Law
  • Advanced or proficient English
  • Excellent written and communication skills in Spanish
  • Proficiency in MS Office package
