As a Compliance Officer EMEA, you will be part of our global Compliance team, supporting the Chief Compliance Officer in day-to-day tasks and further developing the compliance function in the EMEA Zone.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide legal support on building and maintaining an innovative compliance program
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Develop and implement compliance training programs
* Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
* Maintain accurate records and reports

**Your Profile:**

* Minimum 4 years of experience in in-house legal/compliance counsel
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Bar admission in any jurisdiction with good standing
* Impeccable English and at least one additional language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian)
* Compliance certification (CCEP-I or similar) a strong plus
