About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Legal Officer to join our team at Alter Domus. As a Corporate Legal Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, manage, and process all types of corporate documentation, including minutes of administrative and management bodies, general meetings, and other corporate structures.
- Prepare, monitor, manage, and process the group's power of attorney structure, appointment, and revocation of positions, as well as various structural changes.
- Follow up, organize, and process documentation before relevant public and private bodies, commercial registries, notaries, and other entities involved in each operation.
- Coordinate actions, taking into account the needs of each case and offering practical and effective solutions.
- Pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and administrative tasks as required by your managers or clients.
Requirements:
- Hold a university degree in Law.
- Have 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the fields of Corporate Law.
- Advanced level of English (C1 minimum), both spoken and written.
- Possess team spirit, the capacity to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines.
