We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Legal Officer to join our team at Alter Domus. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for drafting, managing, and processing corporate documentation, as well as coordinating with external entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and managing corporate documentation, including minutes of administrative and management bodies, general meetings, and other relevant documents.
  • Preparing, monitoring, and managing the group's power of attorney structure, appointment, and revocation of positions, as well as various structural changes.
  • Following up, organizing, and processing documentation before relevant public and private bodies, commercial registries, notaries, and other entities involved in operations.
  • Direct dialogue with entities, including coordination of actions and offering practical and effective solutions.
  • Pro-actively taking on additional responsibilities and administrative tasks as required by managers or clients.
Requirements
  • University degree in Law.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Law.
  • Advanced level of English (C1 minimum), both spoken and written.
  • Team spirit, ability to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines.
