Job Summary

Bella Hats S.L. is seeking a highly skilled Luxury Sales Associate to join our team in Málaga, Spain.

About Us

We are a specialized headwear shop dealing with the highest quality products and brands from renowned Italian artisans and miliners. Our company was established in Prague, Czech Republic, in 1992, and we have since expanded to various markets as direct retailers or wholesalers.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and directing customers
  • Providing accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services
  • Answering customers' questions about specific products and services
  • Proactively conducting price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
  • Cross-selling and up-selling products
  • Maintaining fully stocked racks and ensuring packaging is ready before customers arrive
  • Managing returns of merchandise (in collaboration with the Store Manager)
  • Coordinating with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times
  • Informing customers about discounts and special offers
  • Providing customer feedback to the Store Manager
Requirements

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • Fluent Spanish and good English language skills
  • Understanding of the retail sales process
  • Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
  • BASIC knowledge/understanding of inventory stocking procedures
  • BASIC knowledge/understanding of cash desk, POS card terminal, and Tax Free terminals usage
  • Solid math skills
  • A track record of achieving sales quotas is a plus

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is between €25,000 to €35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
