About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of €25,000 - €30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers, providing personalized recommendations and advice on our luxury headwear collection.
  • Manage stock levels, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records, process transactions efficiently, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent Spanish and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury goods sector.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
