Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and support to employees and customers via various communication channels.
  • Own and manage technical cases from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience in a Linux-based environment, either through university coursework or work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, including installation, troubleshooting, and basic configuration of recent Ubuntu Desktop releases.
  • Basic desktop Linux usage, including command line tools for exploring and manipulating the file system.
