Job Title: Network Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled Network Support Technician to join our team at Tech Domain. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site technical support and assistance to clients, including desktop support, server installation, and network configuration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT infrastructure, network connectivity, and hardware.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement solutions to improve our IT infrastructure and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their technical needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in System Desktop Administration, Customer Service, Incident/Change/Release management, and support for various third-party applications on Windows Platforms.
  • Professionally trained & certified in IT Infrastructure Library & Windows Server Administration.
  • Basic understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, fixing wireless LAN, Ethernet desktop configuration issues, and subnetting.
  • Technical troubleshooting and hands-on experience with different OS such as iOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry devices.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate: 15.00€ - 30.00€ per hour.
  • Part-time or contract opportunities.
