About the Project
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Support Specialist to join our team at our television studio in Odiseo, Murcia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming floors, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Main Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that all tables are operational without interruptions, and that the gaming floor is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Staff Management: Ensure that the appropriate number of staff are present for each shift, and that they are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Incident Resolution: Identify and resolve all game irregularities due to dealer mistakes, software issues, or any other reason, and ensure that all incidents are properly documented and reported.
- Customer Service: Resolve players' disputes related to the actions of the dealer or any other event that could have affected the integrity of the game, and provide exceptional customer service to all players.
- Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor critical application functions and infrastructure components via the provided monitoring tools, and perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the gaming floor.
- Documentation and Reporting: Record all events related to major incidents in our internal systems, and produce post-resolution incident reports.
- Ad-Hoc Situations: Manage ad-hoc situations that may occur on the shift in an appropriate manner, and ensure that all products are delivered as expected.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills in English are essential, and fluency in Spanish is considered an asset.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, including the ability to make managerial decisions, identify and refer other issues to the proper authorities, and communicate clearly with staff.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to multi-task, think critically, and make sound judgments.
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Cultural Competence: Ability to communicate clearly with staff, establish cooperative linkages among the team, and thrive in a multicultural environment.
