Service Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Support Specialist to join our team at Interstate AC Service. As a key member of our gaming floor operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming tables.
Key Responsibilities- Table Operations: Ensure that all tables are operational without interruptions, and effectively handle all real-time incidents on the gaming floor.
- Staff Management: Ensure the appropriate number of staff are present for each shift, and manage ad-hoc situations that may occur on the shift.
- Incident Resolution: Identify and resolve all game irregularities due to dealer mistakes, software issues, or any other reason, and resolve players' disputes related to the actions of the dealer or any other event that could have affected the integrity of the game.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor critical application functions and infrastructure components via the provided monitoring tools, identify, analyze, log, and escalate all alerts as necessary, and record all events related to major incidents in TTS and produce post-resolution incident reports.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, etc.), communicate clearly with staff, establish cooperative linkages among the team, and resolve interpersonal and interdepartmental issues.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills in English are essential, and fluent knowledge of Spanish will be considered an asset.
- Leadership and Problem-Solving: An ability to make managerial decisions requiring independent judgment, identify and refer other issues to the proper authorities, and demonstrate strong leadership skills followed by a professional and open-minded personality at all times.
- Analytical and Proactive Approach: An analytical and proactive approach with keen attention to detail, and a keen skill for multi-tasking along with excellent problem-solving skills.
