Job Title: Service Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Service Support Specialist to join our team at Grupo Orenes. As a key member of our gaming floor operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all tables, resolving real-time incidents, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all tables are operational without interruptions, effectively handling real-time incidents on the gaming floor.
  • Prepare and submit shift reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Identify and resolve game irregularities due to dealer mistakes, software issues, or other reasons.
  • Resolve player disputes related to dealer actions or other events that may have affected the integrity of the game.
  • Monitor critical application functions and infrastructure components, identifying and escalating alerts as necessary.
  • Work with internal systems, including JIRA, TTS, and WIKI, to record and analyze incidents.
  • Manage ad-hoc situations on the shift, ensuring delivery of all products and services.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with fluency in Spanish considered an asset.
  • Ability to make managerial decisions, requiring independent judgment and the ability to identify and refer issues to the proper authorities.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a professional and open-minded personality.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and communicate clearly with staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
