Job Summary

The Legal Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the legal flow of the company works seamlessly across all areas of the business. This role will act as the liaison between contracting departments and external legal services, overseeing the creation and signing of contracts in a timely and proper manner, under the supervision of the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, revise, and draft contracts with the support of external advisors, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Provide business managers with the necessary tools, such as contract templates and legal trainings, to operate autonomously in a legally secure environment.
  • Improve and sustain processes for accurate and timely service for organization members.
Litigation and Disputes
  • Coordinate and assist the HQ legal team in legal review matters concerning Spain.
  • Manage small and typical local litigation and disputes directly.
  • On-board and supervise external legal service providers for complex litigations.
Commercial Agreements
  • Support the business in preparing Terms and Conditions.
  • Develop and control POS agreements.
  • Structure and draft commercial agreements in various transactional disciplines.
Intellectual Property
  • Support brand protection with the global IP team.
External Legal Service Management
  • Manage external legal service providers and oversee external legal budgets.
Requirements

Previous experience in a legal role, with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience.

Law Degree minimum, with a Master in Commercial Law desired.

Experience in commercial law, ideally in the FMCG industry.

Proven track record of planning, organizational, and project management competencies.

Fluent in Spanish and English.

Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving skills and legal judgment.

Ability to meet demanding deadlines.

Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment.

Maintain confidentiality and use initiative and discretion to accomplish assignments.

Accuracy and attention to detail.
