Production Coordinator Scripted

Amazon Digital Spain S.L.U. is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join our team in Madrid. As a Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the production of our original scripted content, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile, distribute, and store daily production documents, including contracts, call sheets, calendars, and schedules, on the studio network.
- Assist and facilitate general requests and communication to ensure shows are following studio guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain a checklist for each show to ensure major milestones are met.
- Facilitate communication with show level and studio departments, such as Creative, Post, Legal, Finance, BA, Marketing, and PR.
- Coordinate kick-off calls and meetings for each individual project.
- Update and distribute studio contact lists and ensure that they are managed per studio requirements.
- Track shows to make sure that all deliverables are met as required per guidelines, including wrap-out memos and storage facilities for asset transfer and disposal as needed.
- Multiple years of experience in the industry as a Production Coordinator or Assistant at a studio or production company.
- Experience of on-set physical production experience.
- Experience working with MMB budget and various MMS schedules (One-Liner, Day Out Of Days, etc.) documents.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
