Production Coordinator - Scripted Content

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to support the production of original scripted content. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily production activities, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and distribute daily production documents, including contracts, call sheets, and schedules.
  • Assist with general requests and communication to ensure shows are following studio guidelines and procedures.
  • Maintain a checklist for each show to ensure major milestones are met.
  • Facilitate communication with show-level and studio departments, including Creative, Post, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Coordinate kick-off calls and meetings for each individual project.
  • Update and distribute studio contact lists and ensure they are managed per studio requirements.
  • Track shows to ensure all deliverables are met as required per guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Multiple years of experience in the industry as a Production Coordinator or Assistant at a studio or production company.
  • Experience of on-set physical production experience.
  • Experience working with MMB budget and various MMS schedules documents.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Scenechronize.
