Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join our team at Amazon MGM Studios. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the production of original movies and scripted series, ensuring that all deliverables are met and that the production runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Compile, distribute, and store daily production documents, including contracts, call sheets, calendars, and schedules, on the studio network.
  • Communication and Coordination: Assist and facilitate general requests and communication to ensure shows are following studio guidelines and procedures.
  • Project Management: Maintain a checklist for each show to ensure major milestones are met, and facilitate communication with show level and studio departments.
  • Logistics and Administration: Coordinate kick-off calls and meetings for each individual project, update and distribute studio contact lists, and ensure that they are managed per studio requirements.
  • Quality Control: Track shows to ensure that all deliverables are met as required per guidelines, including wrap-out memos and storage facilities for asset transfer and disposal as needed.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate high attention to detail and ability to deal with a high volume workload.
Requirements
  • Experience: Multiple years of experience in the industry as a Production Coordinator or Assistant at a studio or production company.
  • Skills: Experience of on-set physical production experience, experience working with MMB budget and various MMS schedules (One-Liner, Day Out Of Days, etc.) documents, and fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
