Job Title: Management Systems Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Systems Coordinator to join our team at Kardex. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of an integrated management system (IMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement an IMS to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal regulations.
  • Monitor existing management systems and identify needs for new or different management systems based on strategy, legal, and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with process owners to continuously improve the process landscape at Kardex.
  • Develop and implement Business Process Management (BPM) tools to allocate processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide consultation and training to line managers and process owners on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.
  • Participate in cross-divisional initiatives and programs/projects regarding Management Systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, organization, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Sound experience in leadership with a focus on BPM and IMS in an international industrial environment.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, strong communication skills, and a desire to leave a footprint on the company.
