Job Title: Service Desk Coordinator - Data Management Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Coordinator - Data Management Expert to join our team at Brambles. As a Service Desk Coordinator - Data Management Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date Salesforce Database, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and driving improvements in the control and management of master data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce Database
  • Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
  • Drive improvements in the control and management of master data

Your Profile:

  • Desirable experience in similar position
  • Proven experience in problem solving
  • Personal: Analytical, excellent listener, potential leader, relationship builder, team player, strategic thinker, excellent communicator, versatile
  • Technical: High level of knowledge in SAP, Salesforce, MS Excel mandatory. Good knowledge of the transactional model also valuable

Preferred Education: Bachelors

Preferred Level of Work Experience: 1 - 3 years
