Management Systems Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Management Systems Coordinator to join our team at Kardex. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of an integrated management system (IMS).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the systematic allocation of all processes in a Business Process Management tool in cooperation with process owners.
- Identify needs for a new integrated management system and define, implement, and manage the strategic direction based on ISO-standards.
- Coordinate internal audits in cooperation with internal and external experts for specific management systems.
- Provide consultation to line managers and process owners to identify and work on improvements.
- Participate in cross-divisional initiatives and programs/projects regarding Management Systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, organization, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Sound experience in leadership with a focus on Business Process Management and Integrated Management System in an international industrial environment.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus.
