Job Summary:

As a Facility Management Coordinator for Tüv Rheinland Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all our offices and work centers across Spain, acting as a virtual coordinator for our offices nationwide. You will manage contracts, negotiate prices, and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords. Additionally, you will create purchase orders, supervise recurring payments to our suppliers, and manage guarantees and bonds. You will also be responsible for internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations. Furthermore, you will provide comprehensive support for document management in our electronic document management system. You will be responsible for evaluating and purchasing office furniture, materials, and coordinating improvement works. You will also manage parking and office spaces, and execute payments related to licenses and taxes for our offices and work centers. You will work closely with our corporate strategy and guidelines to manage all insurance contracts and related documentation, and coordinate incidents and claims related to these contracts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Facility Management and administrative tasks;
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures;
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • Proactive attitude, able to identify improvement opportunities and develop plans to achieve them;
  • High level of written and verbal English and Spanish skills;
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Willingness to work and create a positive work environment;
