We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Diamond Sales Professional to join our team in Madrid. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a trusted advisor along the customer journey, driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position ranges from 60,000 EUR to 80,000 EUR, depending on qualifications and experience. Eligible employees can participate in various benefit programs, including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid time off.
Job Responsibilities- Provide personalized consultations to clients, showcasing sustainably created diamonds and Vrai jewelry, and follow up to close sales.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Vrai's values and assisting clients with jewelry selection, diamond education, and company policies.
- Maintain a calendar of virtual and in-person appointments, manage lead pipelines, and nurture/develop leads to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with high-performing luxury sales professionals to offer first-in-class service remotely and in showroom settings.
- E-commerce or retail sales experience with a proven track record of closing sales in high-volume environments.
- Diamond expertise and jewelry experience are strongly preferred; certified gemologists are a plus.
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, positive, patient, and people-focused approach.
