Luxury Sales Development Representative

A premium sales opportunity has emerged for a seasoned Spanish-speaking professional to excel in a luxury aviation company. With this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients in Mallorca through targeted research and market analysis.
This is a remote position ideal for an ambitious sales expert based in Palma who can work on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and acquiring new high-net-worth clients
- Generating leads through proactive sales methods
- Maintaining existing relationships with Account Executives
- Building client relationships through regular meetings
About the Role:
The successful candidate will possess a commercial mindset, be highly driven, and have previous experience in direct sales or Business Development, as well as fluency in English and Spanish. Familiarity with luxury sales or selling to high-net-worth individuals is also essential.
In return, you will enjoy excellent growth opportunities, a competitive salary ($60,000 - $80,000), and a generous commission structure.
Key Requirements:
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in Business Development, direct sales, prospecting, and luxury sales
- Strong understanding of assigned territory/market
- Highly self-driven and target-motivated
- Familiarity with Salesforce is desired
